摘 要:保水剂作为抑尘剂的重要组成成分,具有优异的保水、吸水性能,能够有效减缓土壤中水分的蒸发速度。以9种农林废弃秸秆为原料,对丙烯酸单体通过自由基接枝共聚形成的高吸收性树脂保水剂进行了研究。分别考察了不同质量浓度各秸秆基树脂保水剂的保水性能,并与市面上常见的3种保水剂及纯水对照组进行了对比。测试结果表明,在1.5%、2.0%、2.5%质量浓度下,小麦秸秆保水剂7 h后保水率分别为37%、40%、40%,均优于其他保水剂,且其在2.0%质量浓度下的流动性较好,有利于现场喷洒。As an important component of dust suppression agent,water retaining agent has excellent water reservation and water absorption performance,which can effectively slow down the evaporation speed of water in the soil.Taking nine kinds of agricultural and forestry waste straw as raw materials,the formation of highly absorbent resin water retaining agent through free radical graft copolymerization of acrylic monomers was studied.The water retention performance of various straw resin water retaining agents with different mass concentrations was investigated respectively,and compared with the three common water retaining agents and pure water control group on the market.The test results show that at a mass concentration of 1.5%,2.0% and 2.5%,the water retention rates of wheat straw water retaining agents after seven hours are 37%,40% and 40% respectively,which are better than other water retaining agents,moreover,the fluidity of the 2.0% mass concentration is better,which is conducive to on-site spraying.
