中山体育馆自由曲面双层网架施工过程模拟与监测

摘  要:中山体育馆上部结构复杂,施工难度较大。对中山体育馆上部自由曲面双层网架的施工过程进行了数值模拟,实现了对施工过程的精准预测,并对实际工程提供了指导。通过ABAQUS建立了网架有限元模型,对网架不同拼装方案、支座焊接顺序和卸载顺序进行了有限元计算分析以及预变形分析,对施工过程中竖向变形预测值较大节点进行了施工监测。结果表明:施工过程中结构的内力、变形均处于安全水平,可以根据现场条件选择较优的施工方案和施工顺序,通过2次正装迭代即可满足结构设计位形;竖向变形实测值与预测值吻合较好,施工过程模拟较为准确。The upper structure of Zhongshan Gymnasium is complex and the construction is difficult.The construction process of the free-form double-layer grid on the upper part of Zhongshan Gymnasium was simulated to realize accurate prediction of the construction process and the guidance of the actual project could be provided.The finite element model of the grid frame was established by ABAQUS,and the finite element calculation and analysis of different assembling schemes of the grid frame,the welding sequence and the unloading sequence of the supports were carried out,and the construction monitoring was carried out on the nodes with large vertical deformation prediction value during the construction process.The results show that the internal force and deformation of the structure are at a safe level during the construction process,and the optimal construction plan and construction sequence can be confirmed according to the site conditions.The structure design bit shape can be satisfied by using the method of positive loading iteration twice.The measured value of the vertical deformation agrees well with the predicted value,and the construction process simulation is more accurate.
