摘 要:以东营垦利(KL)、威海文登(WD)、烟台海阳(HY)、青岛黄岛(HD)和日照东港(DG)的5个中国蛤蜊(Mactra chinensis)群体为研究对象,测定各群体的形态性状(壳长、壳高、壳宽)与体质量性状(活体质量、软体质量),采用通径分析与多元回归分析方法分析了各群体形态性状对活体质量和软体质量的影响。结果表明:各群体变异系数最大的性状均为软体质量(21.25%~35.50%);不同群体各性状之间均呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。形态性状对体质量性状决定系数的分析结果与通径分析结果基本一致,不同地理群体中国蛤蜊影响体质量性状的主要形态性状有所不同。通过逐步回归的方法,分别建立了各群体中国蛤蜊形态性状对活体质量和软体质量的最优回归方程。研究结果可为中国蛤蜊选育及苗种繁育的亲贝选择提供科学依据。In order to investigate the effects of morphological traits on living body weight and soft body weight of different geographical populations of Mactra chinensis along the coastal areas of Shandong Province,path analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the morphological traits(shell length,shell height,and shell width)and body weight traits(living body weight and soft body weight)of five different geographical populations of M.chinensis in Dongying Kenli(KL),Weihai Wendeng(WD),Yantai Haiyang(HY),Qingdao Huangdao(HD)and Rizhao Donggang(DG).The findings indicated that soft body weight(21.25%-35.50%)had the largest coefficients of variation among five populations;there was a significant correlation(P<0.01)between morphological traits and body weight traits in each population.The analysis results of the determination coefficient of morphological traits on body weight traits were essentially consistent with the results of path analysis,the determination coefficient showed that the main morphological traits affecting body weight trait were different in different geographical populations;the optimal regression equations of morphological traits of M.chinensis to living body weight and soft body weight were established respectively,using the stepwise regression method.The results can provide a scientific basis for the breeding and seedling broodstock selection of M.chinensis in China.
