摘　　要：在我国农业装备产品趋于同质而农业服务需求不断增加的现实背景下,探索面向综合农事解决方案提供的网络结构与运作模式是农业装备制造业转型升级的关键。文章借助案例研究能够提炼理论的优势,基于纵向单案例,分析了产业既有网络协同制造模式演变的原因,揭示了服务型网络协同制造形成的机理。研究发现:(1)农业装备制造业服务型网络协同制造模式形成是受政策导向、市场变化、资源能力突破和服务化理念多重因素共同作用的结果;(2)服务化推进下农业装备制造业的网络结构发生着由内及外到内外兼容的演变过程,不同阶段服务聚焦点有所差异;(3)模式最终输出是以综合农事解决方案提供为表现形态。研究结论有助于重塑农业装备制造业在中国式农业现代化和农业强国建设过程中的重要地位。Under the background of the homogenization of agricultural equipment products and the increasing demand for agricul-tural services,exploring the network structure and operation mode for providing integrated agricultural solutions is the key to trans-formation and upgrading of the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry.With the advantage that the case study can refine the theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the evolution of the existing network collaborative manufacturing mode in the indus-try,and reveals the formation mechanism of service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing.The results are as following.(1)The formation of mode for the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry is the result of multiple factors such as policy guid-ance,market changes,resource capacity breakthroughs and servitization concepts.(2)Under the promotion of servitization,the net-work of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry has undergone an evolution from internal to external expansion,ultimately forming a mutually compatible state between internal and external,with different service focus points at different stages.(3)The ul-timate output of the mode for agricultural equipment manufacturing industry is the provision of integrated agricultural solutions.The conclusions are helpful to reshape the important position for the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry in the process of China’s agricultural modernization and the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.
