胶原蛋白/纤维素纳米纤维复合纤维的制备及交联改性

摘  要:为改善胶原蛋白纤维机械性能差、热稳定性差及遇水溶解等问题,引入纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)为增强组份,通过湿法纺丝技术制备胶原蛋白/CNF复合纤维,并采用1-乙基-3-(3-二甲基丙基)碳化二亚胺盐酸盐/N-羟基丁二酰亚胺(EDC/NHS)对其进行交联改性,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热力学分析研究了胶原蛋白复合纤维的结构与性能。结果表明,CNF的引入可显著改善胶原纤维的力学性能,与纯胶原蛋白纤维相比,胶原蛋白/CNF复合纤维的断裂强度提高了29.31%,经过交联改性后的胶原蛋白/CNF复合纤维断裂强度提高了72.40%;胶原蛋白/CNF复合纤维表面出现皱纹和微取向结构,且具有较高的分子间作用力和规整的结晶结构,保持了完整的胶原蛋白二级结构;胶原蛋白/CNF复合纤维的热稳定性显著提高。研究结果可为胶原复合纤维的实际应用提供数据基础和理论参考。To improve the mechanical properties,thermal stability,and water solubility issues of collagen fibers,cellulose nanofibers(CNF)were introduced as a reinforcing component.Collagen/CNF composite fibers were prepared by wet spinning technology,and crosslinking modification was carried out using 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylpropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride/N-Hydroxy succinimide(EDC/NHS).The structure and properties of the collagen composite fibers were studied using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermodynamic analysis.The results show that the introduction of CNF significantly improved the mechanical properties of collagen fibers.Compared to pure collagen fibers,the tensile strength of the collagen/CNF composite fibers increased by 29.31%.After crosslinking modification,the tensile strength of the fibers increased by 72.40%.Its surface of the exhibited wrinkles and micro-oriented structures,with higher intermolecular interactions and a regular crystalline structure,while maintaining the intact secondary structure of collagen.Its thermal stability is significantly improved.This study provides data and theoretical references for the practical application of collagen composite fibers.
