摘 要:为提高二氧化钛(TiO_(2))光催化剂的催化效率,并解决其在使用中难以回收的问题,采用水热法及原位聚合处理在碳纤维布上分别依次包覆针状TiO_(2)及聚多巴胺(PDA),制备方法简便易行。通过控制钛源量、反应时间等条件进行调控,得到形貌独特且规则的针状TiO_(2)涂层,经氧化自聚形成PDA表面涂层,以加速载流子分离,提高光降解率。进而使用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线电子能谱等对其进行结构及组分表征,并以罗丹明B为目标物对该复合材料的光催化性能进行研究,可见光激发下罗丹明B的降解率可达12%,是TiO_(2)涂层碳布降解率的2.5倍。并且通过水洗和耐磨实验后涂层保存状态较好,证明了其较强的附着力,成功解决了难以回收、循环使用的问题,展现了织物与自清洁材料复合的可能性和一定的应用价值。In order to improve the catalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))photocatalysts and solve the problem of difficult recycling in use,hydrothermal method and in situ polymerization treatment were used to sequentially coat needle-like TiO_(2)and polydopamine(PDA)on carbon fiber cloth,respectively,and the preparation method was simple and easy to implement.The unique and regularly shaped needle-like TiO_(2)coating was obtained by controlling the conditions such as the amount of titanium source and reaction time,which was oxidized and self-polymerized to form the surface coating of PDA to accelerate the carrier separation and improve the photodegradation rate.Then,the structure and components were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and X-ray electron spectroscopy.The photocatalytic performance of the composite was investigated with rhodamine B as the target,and the degradation rate of rhodamine B under visible light excitation could reach 12%,which is 2.5 times higher than that of the degradation rate of TiO_(2)-coated carbon cloth.Moreover,the coating was well preserved after washing and abrasion resistance experiments,which proves its strong adhesion and solves the problem of being difficult to recover and recycle,showing the possibility of composite of fabrics and self-cleaning materials and certain application value.
