摘  要:航空结构强度验证及鉴定试验中,充压试验是重要的组成部分。作为高风险类试验,充压试验是否安全实施影响着飞行器研发阶段的进度及经济性。为提高充压试验的安全性,本文提出了一种双通道并联冗余控制技术,通过并联一套模拟充压回路,使用双通道三阀联动、多维监控保护等关键技术,确保了高风险充压试验的安全。经过试验验证,双通道并联冗余控制技术安全性高,压力控制精准,加载卸载响应迅速,可灵活应用于不同部位的封闭容积充压试验中。In the strength verification and identification test of aero structures,the pressure test is an important component.As a type of test with high risk,whether the pressure test is safely implemented affects the progress and economy of the aircraft development stage.In order to improve the safety of pressure test,a dual-channel parallel redundant control technology is proposed.Through the parallel connection of a set of simulated charging circuits,key technologies such as dual-channel three-valve linkage and multi-dimensional monitoring and protection are used to ensure the safe implementation of high-risk pressure tests.The test verification shows that the dual-channel parallel redundancy control technology has high safety,accurate pressure control,and fast response to loading and unloading.Therefore,the control technology can be flexibly applied to the pressure test in closed volume.
