摘 要:某发动机在高空台进行空中起动试验时出现起动包线左边界点火失败现象。通过分析影响空中起动点火的主要因素,找出了点火失败的原因是油雾分布和点火装置不匹配,点火电嘴放电电火花区域油雾分布偏离点火条件。在点火匹配研究的基础上,提出了增大燃油喷嘴副油路雾化锥角和点火能量的解决措施,并在高空台进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,发动机在起动包线左边界可连续3次起动成功,发动机起动能力得到大幅提升,证明点火失败的原因分析正确,解决方案合理可行。An aeroengine failed to ignite at the left boundary point of the starting envelope during the high-altitude simulation test.The main factors affecting the airstart ignition are analyzed in the paper,and it is found that the reason for the ignition failure is the mismatch between the fuel mist distribution and the ignition device,which leads to the electric spark area of the spark plug deviates from the ignition conditions.Based on the research of ignition matching,the corresponding solutions such as increasing the atomization cone angle of the secondary nozzle and the ignition energy are put forward,and the verification test is carried out on the high-altitude simulation test bench.The results show that the start capability of the engine has been significantly improved,and the aeroengine can start successfully for 3 times at the left boundary point of the starting envelope,which indicates that the reasons of analysis are correct and the measures are reasonable and feasible.
