摘 要:航空结构强度验证试验对高压油源的需求逐渐增多,然而受限于现有液压设备的性能,高压油源试验实施难度较大。为满足起落架类试验高压加载的需求,提出了基于增压缸的高压加载方法,并研制了基于增压缸和压差传感器的高压加载设备。验证试验显示,该高压加载方法及设备稳定性高,压力控制精准,加载响应迅速,可以满足现有试验对高压油源的需求,具有一定的推广价值。The demand for high-pressure oil sources in aircraft structural strength verification tests is gradually increasing.However,limited by the performance of existing hydraulic equipment,the implementation of high-pressure oil source test is more difficult.In order to meet the requirements of high-pressure loading in landing gear tests,a high-pressure loading method based on booster cylinder is proposed,and a high-pressure loading equipment based on booster cylinder and differential pressure sensor is developed.The verification test shows that the high-pressure loading method and equipment have high stability,accurate pressure control and fast loading response,which can meet the needs of the existing test for high-pressure oil sources,and has certain promotion value.
