摘　　要：对鼓刹型轮毂电机进行台架试验时,目前多采用“笼形夹持”方案将被测电机与测功机的机头连接,该方案尚有改进的余地。本文设计了一款鼓刹型轮毂电机专用连接法兰,将其应用于台架试验中,并与传统连接方式进行了对比试验,证明该专用连接法兰的设计及应用具有一定的优势。In the bench test of drum brake wheel hub motor,the cage clamping scheme is commonly used to connect the tested motor with the head of the dynamometer,and there is still room for improvement in this scheme.In the paper,a special connection flange for drum brake wheel hub motor is designed.The special connection flange is applied to the bench test,and compared with the traditional connection method.It is proved that the design and application of the special connection flange have certain advantages.
