摘　　要：针对飞机结构强度试验应变片补片管理需求,以实现应变补片管理的实时性、高效性、整体性为目标,对试验应变片的管理流程进行划分,研究了以应变片划片、应变片粘贴、应变片编号、应变片增补、应变片在用的流程化管理模式,提出了补片管理过程中建立唯一标识数据库的架构设计,实现了应变全试验周期健康管理目标,对工程实践具有一定的参考意义。Aiming at the management requirements of strain gauges in aircraft structural strength tests,with the goal of achieving real-time,efficient and comprehensive strain gauge management,the management process of test strain gauges is divided.A process oriented management mode is studied,including strain gauge cutting,strain gauge pasting,strain gauge numbering,strain gauge supplementation and strain gauge in use.A database architecture design with unique identifiers is proposed for the patch management process,and the goal of healthy management throughout the entire strain test cycle is realized,which has certain reference significance for engineering practice.
