摘 要:【目的】目前对高强钢构件力学性能的大部分研究聚焦于轴压构件,截面形式多为焊接H型截面和箱形截面,对Q690高强钢圆管受弯构件力学性能的研究较少,尤其是长度参数变化时受弯构件所表现出的不同破坏特征及其界限还未有系统研究。【方法】针对中等长度Q690高强钢圆管受弯构件的力学性能和失稳机理进行数值分析,考虑残余应力、前屈曲变形等初始缺陷及材料塑性对构件稳定承载力的影响,对长度参数变化时不同的破坏特征进行界定。【结果】在分析结果基础上基于欧洲钢结构设计规范EN1993-1-6(2007)中的方法得到Q690高强钢管受弯承载能力曲线,确定出承载能力曲线不同阶段的影响参数,提出构件不同阶段极限承载力的计算公式,为将来钢结构设计标准及高强钢设计标准的修订提供科学依据,也为今后在风电塔筒、大跨度输电铁塔及变电构架等工程中广泛采用Q690高强钢圆管构件提供理论支撑和设计依据。【Purposes】Most of the current research focuses on high strength steel axial compression members,and the cross-section forms are mostly welded H-shaped sections and box sections.However,there are few studies focusing on the mechanical properties of Q690 high strength steel pipe under bending,especially the different failure characteristics and their boundaries of flexural members with changing slenderness ratio have not been systematically studied.【Methods】Numerical analyses were carried out for the mechanical properties and instability mechanism of Q690 high strength steel tubular bending members.The effects of initial imperfections such as residual stress,pre-buckling deformation,and material plasticity on stable bearing capacity were investigated,and different failure characteristics were defined when slenderness ratio was changed.【Findings】According to on the analysis results,the bending bearing capacity curves of Q690 high strength steel pipe are obtained by the method in the European Code for Design of Steel Structures EN1993-1-6(2007),and the influence parameters of the bearing capacity curves at different stages are determined.The calculation formulae of the ultimate bearing capacity of members at different stages are proposed.This work provides scientific basis for the revision of steel structure design standard and high strength steel design standard in the future,and also provides theoretical support and design basis for the wide use of Q690 high strength steel round tube members in wind power tower,large span transmission tower,and substation framework.
