摘 要:为保证元器件在板测试系统中程控电源模块满足输出特性要求的同时最小化设计成本,提出了基于容差分析的程控电源模块关键元器件选用方法。首先,分析了电路设计原理和故障产生机理,结合程控电源模块的性能指标要求,确定了模块内部容差分析的主要对象;然后,对电路进行建模仿真,在相对灵敏度分析的基础上,针对关键元器件设计了正交试验并对其进行了蒙特卡洛仿真和容差分析;最后,得到了程控电源模块中关键元器件的最优选用方案,为该电源模块的选用提供了一定的参考。In order to ensure that the programmable power module in the board test system can meet the requirements of output characteristics and minimize the design cost,a method of select⁃ing key components of the programmable power module based on tolerance analysis is pro⁃posed.Firstly,the principle of circuit design and the mechanism of fault generation are analyzed,and the main objects of tolerance analysis are determined according to the performance index require⁃ments of program-controlled power module.Then,the circuit is modeled and simulated.On the basis of relative sensitivity analysis,orthogonal test is designed for key components and Monte Carlo simulation and tolerance analysis are carried out.Finally,the optimal use scheme of the key compo⁃nents in the program control power module is obtained,which provides a certain reference for the selection of the power supply module.
