企业军用元器件二次筛选标准体系建立和实施

摘  要:首先,介绍了元器件筛选的相关概念和国军标中对军用元器件二次筛选的要求;其次,研究总结了笔者所在企业多年开展元器件二次筛选的实践和经验,以国军标为依据,结合型号规定、企业军品特点和选用的元器件情况,提出了建立企业军用元器件二次筛选标准体系的途径和方法,包括:编制企业元器件二次筛选通用标准、项目元器件二次筛选要求,制定项目元器件二次筛选实施方案;最后,以集成电路为例,给出了军用元器件二次筛选企业标准的编制实例,以及开展元器件二次筛选的要求。所在企业实践证明,据此开展元器件二次筛选,可大大地提高元器件的使用可靠性。Firstly,the relevant concepts of component screening and the secondary screening requirements for military components in the national military standards are introduced.Secondly,the practice and experience of the author’s company in conducting secondary screening of military components over the years are studied and summarized.Based on the national military standards,combined with model regulations,military product characteristics,and selected components,the approach and method of establishing a standard system for secondary screening of military components in enterprises are proposed,including:formulating general standards for sec⁃ondary screening of enterprise components and requirements for secondary screening of proj⁃ect components,and developing implementation plans for secondary screening of project com⁃ponents.Finally,taking integrated circuits as an example,an example of the preparation of enter⁃prise standards for secondary screening of military components and the requirements for conducting secondary screening of components are provided.The practice of the author’s company has proven that conducting secondary screening of components based on this can greatly improve their use reli⁃ability.
