摘 要:在紧贴作战实际、分析战时维修保障分队执行任务能力要求的基础上,依据战时维修保障任务阶段将战时维修保障分队任务能力区分为机动部署能力、战前保障能力、战时保障能力和持续保障能力,并逐层分解指标,构建评估指标体系,给出了评估指标取值和权重确定方法,提出战时维修保障分队任务能力计算模型,能够为维修保障分队任务能力建设提供理论指导。Based on a thorough analysis of the requirements for executing wartime maintenance and support missions in accordance with actual combat conditions,the task capabilities of wartime maintenance and support detachments are categorized into mobile deployment capability,precombat support capability,wartime support capability,and sustained support capability according to the stages of wartime maintenance and support tasks.Furthermore,indicators are decomposed at various levels to establish an evaluation index system,and the evaluation index and weight dertermination method are given.A calculation model of the task capabilities of wartime maintenance and support detachments is proposed,which can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of task capabilities for such detachments.
