摘  要:针对当前家用空调性能现场测量和评价的难题,提出了一种基于室内焓差法的现场性能测试方法。首先,对装置的安装、仪表安放位置、供电电压要求、气候环境选择、数据采集时间间隔、测试时长要求等进行了介绍,并给出了现场测量装置的标定方法和测量仪表准确度要求;其次,基于家用空调的实际运行规律提出了一种评价方法,该评价方法通过对连续监测的现场测量结果进行多参数耦合得到标定工况下的制冷量、制冷消耗功率;然后,与铭牌明示值进行分析比较,评判家用空调实际运行性能的优劣;最后,以某台用户现场的家用空调为测试样机,给出现场测量和结果评价示例。Aiming at the difficult problem of field measurement and evaluation of household air conditioner performance,a field performance measurement method based on indoor enthalpy difference method is proposed.Firstly,the installation of the measuring device,the position of the instrument,the requirement of power supply voltage,the selection of climate environment,the time interval of data acquisition and the requirement of test time are introduced,and the calibration method of the field measuring device and the accuracy requirement of the measuring instrument are given.Secondly,based on the actual operation law of household air conditioning,an evaluation method is proposed.The cooling capacity and cooling power consumption under the calibration condition are obtained through multi-parameter coupling of the field measurement results of continuous monitoring.Then,they are analyzed and compared with the express value of the nameplate to evaluate the actual operation performance of household air conditioner.Finally,an example of field measurement and result evaluation is given by taking a household air conditioner on site as a test prototype.
