摘　　要：功率器件及模块是电力电子组件和系统中重要的组成部分,也是汽车动力驱动的核心部件,并且直接影响着汽车的安全性与可靠性。首先,对半导体功率器件及模块的功能和结构进行了介绍;其次,对车用相关器件及模块的可靠性试验标准进行了讨论,研究比较了所用的试验方法;然后,以绝缘栅双极晶体管器件和模块为例强调了不同试验方法关注的关键参数指标和可靠性试验项目;最后,结合实际可靠性验证中发现的重点项目和薄弱环节进行了说明,并对几种不同的标准和指南的应用进行了讨论和总结。Power devices and modules are important components of power electronic components and systems,and are also the core components of vehicle power drive,and directly affect the safety and reliability of vehicles.Firstly,the function and structure of semiconductor power devices and modules are introduced.Secondly,the reliability test standards of vehicle related devices and mod⁃ules are discussed,and the test methods used are compared.Then,taking insulate-gate bipolar transistor devices and modules as examples,the key parameters and reliability test items concerned by different test methods are emphasized.Finally,the key items and weaknesses found in the actual reliability verification are explained,and the application of several different standards and guide⁃lines are discussed and summarized.
