摘  要:文化强市建设是提升城市品质和竞争力的重要途径。中西部地区城市在文化强市建设中如何破题,是各级党委、政府和社会各界关心、关注的问题。该文分析了驻马店文化强市建设取得的成效及其面临的挑战,包括文化资源开发不足、文化产业基础薄弱、文化人才队伍建设薄弱、公共文化短板明显、资金来源渠道不多等,并在此基础上提出了相关建议,旨在为驻马店文化强市建设提供参考。文化强市建设是一个系统性工程,需要政府、市场和社会各界在优化文旅供给、提升文旅产业质量、提升公共文化服务效能、加强文化人才队伍建设等方面综合施策、共同努力。The construction of a culturally strong city is an important way to enhance the quality and competitiveness of a city.How to solve the problem in the construction of culturally strong cities in the central and western regions is a concern and attention of party committees,governments,and all sectors of society at all levels.This article analyzes the achievements and challenges faced in the construction of a strong cultural city in Zhumadian,including insufficient development of cultural resources,weak cultural industry foundation,weak construction of cultural talent team,obvious shortcomings in public culture,and limited funding sources.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the construction of a strong cultural city in Zhumadian.The construction of a culturally strong city is a systematic project that requires comprehensive measures and joint efforts from the government,market,and all sectors of society to optimize the supply of cultural and tourism industries,improve the quality of cultural and tourism industries,enhance the efficiency of public cultural services,and strengthen the construction of cultural talent teams.
