摘  要:随着成人教育的普及和发展,如何将地域特色文化有效地融入学习资源建设中,已成为提高教育质量和满足学习者需求的关键。该文以浙江省丽水市为例,首先界定了地域特色文化的概念,然后分析了当前成人教育学习资源建设的现状,指出了存在的问题和不足,探讨了地域特色文化融入成人教育学习资源建设的重要性和应用价值,最后详细探讨了丽水地域特色文化资源建设的实践过程,包括资源的挖掘、整合及应用模式,并通过具体案例分析展示了成功经验。该文旨在为地域特色文化资源在学习资源建设中的有效利用提供理论支持和实践指导,以期促进地方文化的传承与发展,同时丰富成人教育的内涵。With the popularization and development of adult education,how to effectively integrate regional cultural characteristics into the construction of learning resources has become the key to improving the quality of education and meeting the needs of learners.This article takes Lishui City in Zhejiang Province as an example,first defining the concept of regional characteristic culture,analyzing the current situation of learning resource construction,pointing out the existing problems and shortcomings,and exploring the importance and application value of integrating regional characteristic culture into adult education learning resource construction.Finally,the practical process of constructing characteristic cultural resources in Lishui region was discussed in detail,including resource mining,integration,and application models,and successful experiences were demonstrated through specific case analysis.This article aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the effective utilization of regional cultural resources in learning resource construction,in order to promote the inheritance and development of local culture and enrich the connotation of adult education.
