摘  要:随着信息技术的快速发展和读者需求的多样化,高校图书馆传统读者服务模式面临新的挑战与机遇。该研究旨在探讨高校图书馆在信息化背景下读者服务模式的创新路径与实践。通过分析国内外相关文献和案例,结合当前高校图书馆服务的现状与问题,从资源整合、技术应用、个性化服务和用户参与4个方面提出具体创新策略。研究表明,基于信息技术的创新服务可以显著提高高校图书馆的服务效率与用户满意度,为高校师生的教学与科研活动提供有力支持。该文还进一步讨论了实施创新服务模式的难点和可持续发展策略为高校图书馆未来的发展提供参考。With the rapid development of information technology and the diversified needs of readers,the traditional reader service mode of university libraries is facing new challenges and opportunities.This study aims to explore the path and practice of innovating the reader service mode in university library under the background of informatization.By analyzing the relevant documents and cases at home and abroad and combining with the current situation and problems of university library service,specific innovation strategies are put forward from four aspects of resource integration,technology application,personalized service and user participation.The research shows that the service innovation based on information technology can significantly improve the service efficiency and user satisfaction of university libraries,and provide strong support for the teaching and scientific research activities of university teachers and students.This paper also further discusses the difficulties of implementing the innovative service mode and the sustainable development strategy to provide reference for the future development of university library.
