摘 要:研究镇江地区5个不同品种粳稻在产量及其构成因素上的差异,并分析穗粒数相关基因序列对产量的影响。对镇稻11、宁粳3、宁粳6、武运粳24和武运粳23品种进行田间试验,结果显示,武运粳23在一次枝梗数和穗粒数上表现优异,产量最高。相关性分析显示,参试品种株高与产量呈显著负相关,而一次枝梗数和穗粒数与产量呈显著正相关。基因比较分析结果显示,关键基因DEP1、Ghd7、Gn1a、OsGA20ox1和NOG1在参试品种与高产品种之间存在氨基酸变异,但在参试品种内部无序列差异。5个参试品种中,在镇江地区推广武运粳23能够获得更高的产量效益。We investigated the differences in yield and its component factors among five different Japonica rice varieties in the Zhenjiang re-gion and analyzed the impact of spikelet number related gene sequences on yield.Field experiments were conducted on the varieties of Zhendao 11,Ningjing 3,Ningjing 6,Wuyunjing 24,and Wuyunjing 23.Results showed that Wuyunjing 23 exhibited excellent performance in terms of primary branch number and spikelet number per panicle,yielding the highest production.Correlation analysis revealed that plant height was significantly negatively correlated with yield,while primary branch number and spikelet number per panicle were significantly positively corre-lated with yield.Comparative gene analysis indicated that key genes DEP1,Ghd7,Gn1a,OsGA20ox1,and NOG1 exhibited amino acid varia-tions between the tested varieties and high-yield varieties,but there were no sequence differences within the tested varieties.Among the five tested varieties,Wuyunjing 23 in the Zhenjiang region could achieve higher yield benefits.
