摘 要:以国内主栽的黄花菜品种马莲、沙苑、大乌嘴等11个品种为研究对象,对各品种主要农艺性状进行相关性和主成分分析。以11个不同品种的黄花菜生物量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶等指标为评价对象,对其所有指标进行主成分分析。结果表明,在宁夏干旱区土壤及气候条件下,黄花菜品种高山1号、台东6号、四月白、大乌嘴、四月花、沙苑生物量积累较多,植株长势好,对当地气候条件适应性强,适合宁夏干旱区栽培。Eleven varieties of day lily,such as Malian,Shayuan and Dawuzui,which are mainly planted in China,were taken as the research objects to study the correlation and principal component analysis of the main agronomic characters of each variety.The biomass,soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase of 11 different varieties of day lily were evaluated.The study showed that under the soil and climate conditions in the arid area of Ningxia,Gaoshan 1,Taidong 6,Siyuebai,Dawuzui,Siyuehua,Shayuan had accumulated more biomass,and their plants grew well,which was adaptable to local climate conditions and suitable for cultivation in the arid area of Ningxia.
