摘  要:从河北卢龙甘薯种植区发生茎线虫较重的田块选取未发生茎线虫的甘薯,从其根部采集土壤样品,以甘薯茎线虫为靶标进行活性菌株筛选。结果表明:筛选得到的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌HM-3对甘薯茎线虫具有高达82.5%的触杀能力,具有快速繁殖和强大的定殖能力(151%)。经过10代培养后,该菌株对甘薯茎线虫的触杀效果仍保持在82.2%。此外,该菌株还具备解磷、解钾和固氮的功能,能够将土壤中的不溶或难溶磷、钾元素转化为作物可吸收的形式,并可固定空气中的氮元素供作物使用,尤其是其解钾能力最为突出。贝莱斯芽孢杆菌HM-3不仅对甘薯茎线虫病表现出显著的触杀效果,还能为甘薯提供必要的营养物质,促进作物生长发育和提高产量。In this study,soil samples were collected from the roots of sweet potatoes that had not been affected by stem nematodes in fields heavily infested with stem nematodes in the sweet potato planting area of Lulong,Hebei.Active strains were screened with sweet potato stem nematode as the target.The research results showed that Bacillus velezensis HM-3 was identified with a contact killing ability of up to 82.5%a-gainst sweet potato stem nematodes,rapid reproduction,and a strong colonization ability(151%).After 10 generations of cultivation,the con-tact killing effect of this strain on sweet potato stem nematodes remained at 82.2%.Additionally,Bacillus velezensis HM-3 was found to possess functions of phosphorus solubilization,potassium solubilization,and nitrogen fixation.Insoluble phosphorus and potassium elements in the soil were converted into forms that can be absorbed by crops,and nitrogen elements in the air were fixed for crop use,with potassium solubilization being particularly prominent.Bacillus velezensis HM-3 was observed to not only exhibit a significant contact killing effect on sweet potato stem nematode disease but also provide essential nutrients for sweet potatoes,promote crop growth and development,and increase yield.
