摘 要:[目的]探讨不同加工技术对太白贝母品质的影响。[方法]采用《中国药典》(2020版)总灰分、醇浸出物含量检测方法检测不同加工技术太白贝母的总灰分、醇浸出物含量;利用紫外分光光度法测定不同加工技术太白贝母的蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量;利用高效液相色谱法测定不同加工技术太白贝母生物碱类成分含量。[结果]不同加工技术太白贝母总灰分、醇浸出物含量、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量不同,冷冻干燥技术中总灰分、醇浸出物、可溶性糖、蛋白质的含量较风干、晒干、烘干、蒸制、微波干燥技术高,分别较最低加工技术高2.30%、8.71%、18.08%、22.74%。冷冻干燥技术中总生物碱、贝母辛、西贝母碱苷、贝母碱甲和贝母碱乙的含量较风干、晒干、烘干、蒸制、微波干燥技术高,分别较最低加工技术高8.22%、23.13%、20.59%、50.00%、75.00%,说明冷冻干燥技术在太白贝母多种加工技术中是最好的。[结论]不同加工技术对太白贝母的内在品质影响较大,选择合适的加工技术可以提高太白贝母的内在品质。[Objective]To explore the effects of different processing technologies on the quality of Fritillaria taipaiensis.[Method]The total ash and alcohol extract content of F.taipaiensis processed by different methods were detected using the total ash and alcohol extract content de-tection method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition);the UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the protein and soluble sugar content of F.taipaiensis under different processing technologies;the high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of alkaloid ingredients in different processing technologies of F.taipaiensisi.[Result]The total ash content,alcohol extract content,soluble sugar content and protein content of F.taipaiensis varied with different processing technologies.The content of total ash,extract,soluble sugar and protein in freeze-drying technology was higher than that in air drying,sun drying,drying,steaming,and microwave drying technologies,with a increase of 2.30%,8.71%,18.08%and 22.74%,respectively,compared to the lowest processing technology.In freeze-drying tech-nology,the content of total alkaloids,berberine glycosides,berberine A and berberine B was higher than that of air drying,sun drying,dr-ying,steaming and microwave drying,which were 8.22%,23.13%,20.59%,50.00%and 75.00%higher than the lowest processing tech-nology,respectively.This indicated that freeze-drying technology was the best in processing technology.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in the intrinsic quality of F.taipaiensis among different processing methods.Choosing the appropriate processing technology can im-prove the intrinsic quality of F.taipaiensis.
