摘　　要：农民专业合作社是农业增效、农民增收、农村繁荣的重要载体。政府从中央到地方层层部署,不断探索农业专业合作社的发展模式,初步形成了“党组织领办合作社”“种养大户创办合作社”“合作社(联合社)办公司”“行业协会带动合作社”等模式。合作社的发展已遍布全国大多数农村。然而需清醒地认识到困扰农民专业合作社发展的问题各有不同,其核心是合作社各主体的利益联结机制构建及完善。须充分认识农民专业合作社利益联结机制的内涵,分析时下困扰利益联结机制有序运行的问题,如何更好地发挥作用,更好地解决利益创造、利益联结、利益分配等问题。Farmers’professional cooperatives are an important carrier of increasing agricultural efficiency,farmers’income,and rural pros-perity.The government has deployed from the central to local levels,continuously exploring the development model of agricultural professional cooperatives,and has initially formed models such as“party organizations leading cooperatives”,“large-scale farmers establishing coopera-tives”,“cooperatives(association)running companies”,and“industry associations driving cooperatives”.The development of cooperatives has spread to most rural areas across the country.However,it is necessary to soberly recognize that the problems that plague the development of farmers’professional cooperatives are different,and the core is the construction and improvement of the interest linkage mechanism among the various entities of the cooperative.It is necessary to fully understand the connotation of the interest linkage mechanism of farmers’profes-sional cooperatives,analyze the problems that currently plague the orderly operation of the interest linkage mechanism,how to better play its role,and better solve problems such as interest creation,interest linkage,and interest distribution.
