乡村振兴战略视域下OBE融合WPO教学路径研究--以农科高校农业推广课程为例

摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴战略实施的新时期,需要一支立志奉献农业、社会责任感重、工作使命感强、专业知识硬、综合素质高、技术技能熟练的农业人才队伍,以强农、兴农为己任,助推“三农”发展,保障农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足,实现乡村振兴战略目标。农科高校开设农业推广课程,需要以农业推广工作需求为前提,精炼教学内容,融合成果导向教育(OBE)与工作过程导向(WPO)教学理念,以期完成为农业推广工作培养人才的任务,助推乡村振兴战略的实施。In new period of comprehensively promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to have a team of ag-ricultural talents who are determined to devote themselves to agriculture with a strong sense of social responsibility,a strong sense of mission,hard professional knowledge,high comprehensive quality and skilled technology,in order to strengthen agriculture,promote the development of“agriculture,countryside,and farmers”,ensure high-quality and efficient development of agriculture,build livable and suitable country-side,and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization.The setting of agricultural extension courses in agricultural colleges and universities required to refine the teaching content on the premise of the agricultural extension work needs,integrate with the concepts of WPO and OBE,in order to complete the task of cultivating extension talents for agricultural extension work,and promote the implementation of the rural revital-ization strategy.
