摘 要:由于风电参与电网中存在着过充、放电问题,影响电网正常工作,使得电网输出功率出现波动,引起电网调频偏差。为此,提出考虑荷电状态约束的风电参与电网调频控制方法。考虑荷电状态约束,调整发电机有功和无功。采用下垂控制方式,控制风电参与电网调频,选取电网调频控制参数。引入风电场和蓄能系统的虚拟惯量,以系统中调频偏差最大为边界,辅助采用虚拟惯量调节来求解系统中的充放电下垂系数,建立一个用于提高频次下垂的控制函数,防止用虚拟惯性控制风力发电,实现电网调频控制。实验结果表明,该方法在不同策略下与实际存在最大偏差为0.05 p.u.,能够有效控制风电参与电网调频。Due to the problems of overcharging and discharging in the participation of wind power in the power grid,it affects the normal operation of the power grid,causing fluctuations in the output power of the power grid and causing frequency regulation deviation in the power grid.Therefore,a wind power participation in power grid frequency regulation control method considering state of charge constraints is proposed.Considering the constraints of the state of charge,adjust the active and reactive power of the generator,adopt droop control method,control wind power to participate in grid frequency regulation,and select grid frequency regulation control parameters.The virtual inertia of the wind farm and the energy storage system is introduced,with the maximum frequency modulation deviation in the system as the boundary,and the virtual inertia adjustment is used to solve the charge discharge droop coefficient in the system,to establish a control function for improving the frequency droop,to prevent the use of virtual inertia to control wind power generation,and to achieve the frequency modulation control of the power grid.The experimental results show that this method has a maximum deviation of 0.05 p.u.from the actual situation under different strategies,and can effectively control the participation of wind power in grid frequency regulation.
