数字技术外溢对都市圈内城市经济发展平衡性的影响研究--基于京津冀都市圈的分析

摘　　要：当前,数字技术已成为推动各地区产业创新的核心动力,其展现出的网络外部性与外溢壁垒性,不仅重塑了都市圈内部的产业发展格局,还深刻影响着都市圈内城市间的经济发展差距。基于此,本文从数字技术外溢的视角出发,深入探究数字技术外溢对京津冀城市发展差距扩大或缩小的影响。研究发现,数字技术外溢能显著影响城市经济发展,研究结论部分肯定了数字技术外溢对城市经济发展进程中的重要作用,为都市圈内城市打破经济发展不平衡、不充分的困境,以及加快京津冀都市圈实现高质量发展提供了宝贵经验证据及针对性的政策建议,以供参考。At present,digital technology has become the core driving force to promote industrial innovation in various regions,and its network externalities and spillover barriers have not only reshaped the industrial development pattern within the metropolitan area,but also profoundly affected the economic development gap between cities in the metropolitan area.Based on this,this paper starts from the perspective of digital technology spillovers and explores the impact of digital technology spillovers on the expansion or reduction of the urban development gap in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The study finds that digital technology spillovers can significantly affect the economic development of cities,and the conclusions of the study partly affirm the important role of digital technology spillovers in the process of urban economic development,and provide valuable empirical evidence and targeted policy recommendations for the cities in the metropolitan area to break the predicament of unbalanced and insufficient economic development,as well as to accelerate the realization of high-quality development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area,for reference.
