摘　　要：数字经济的蓬勃发展正深刻影响着全球贸易格局,为外贸企业的转型升级提供了新的机遇和动力。本文从数字经济与国际贸易的关系入手,分析了外贸企业在转型升级过程中面临的现状与挑战。本文通过政策、产业、技术和人才四个维度,提出了数字经济驱动外贸企业转型升级的主要路径,并探讨了平台化运营、数据驱动、生态协同和智能制造等典型模式。研究表明,数字化转型不仅有助于外贸企业提高运营效率和市场竞争力,还能实现柔性生产和精准营销,有力推动企业向高质量发展方向迈进。据此,本文提出政策支持、技术研发、人才培养和数据安全建设等方面的具体建议,为外贸企业更好地适应数字经济时代提供了理论依据与实践参考。The vigorous development of the digital economy is profoundly changing the global trade landscape,providing new opportunities and driving forces for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises.This paper starts by analyzing the relationship between the digital economy and international trade,and examines the current situation and challenges faced by foreign trade enterprises in their transformation and upgrading process.It proposes the main paths for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises driven by the digital economy from four dimensions:policy,industry,technology,and talent.Furthermore,it explores typical models such as platform-based operations,data-driven approaches,ecological collaboration,and smart manufacturing.The study shows that digital transformation not only helps foreign trade enterprises improve operational efficiency and market competitiveness,but also enables flexible production and precision marketing,driving enterprises toward high-quality development.Accordingly,this paper provides specific recommendations on policy support,technological research and development,talent cultivation,and data security infrastructure,offering theoretical and practical references for foreign trade enterprises to adapt to the digital economy era.
