摘　　要：新疆阿勒泰地区的人文气息浓郁,风俗景观独特且保留自然,这种得天独厚的地域优势为新疆冰雪旅游业的发展奠定了良好基础。本文研究发现:要进一步开发当地的自然资源,就应加深对该地区的了解,熟悉各个景区发展旅游的独特优势,匠心打造极具吸引力的优质旅游产品。从当前态势分析,阿勒泰地区旅游业在资源开发与分配环节尚存不合理的现象,致使资源浪费问题凸显。为了扭转这一局面,强化地区资源的有效利用,既是未来旅游业发展的方向,也是推动当地经济发展战略布局的重要举措。通过SWOT分析,研究阿勒泰地区未来发展方向,探索冰雪项目的开发与规划,同时加大对该地区生态环境与旅游服务环境的治理力度,以更契合当前消费趋势的转变。尤其在冬运会临近的关键时期,合理把握这一契机,能够有效推动特色区域产业的深度融合,进而实现经济的繁荣发展,仅供参考。The Altay region of Xinjiang has a rich humanistic flavor,unique customs and preserved natural landscapes,and this unique geographical advantage has laid a good foundation for the development of snow and ice tourism in Xinjiang.This paper finds that to further develop local natural resources,we should deepen our understanding of the region,familiarize ourselves with the unique advantages of each scenic spot to develop tourism,and create attractive quality tourism products.From the current situation analysis,Altay region tourism industry in the development and distribution of resources in the link of the phenomenon of irrationality,resource waste problem highlights.In order to reverse this situation,strengthening the effective utilization of regional resources is not only the direction of future tourism development,but also an important measure to promote the strategic layout of local economic development.Through SWOT analysis,we study the future development direction of Altay region,explore the development and planning of ice and snow projects,and at the same time,increase the governance of the region's environment to better fit the current shift in consumer trends.Especially at the critical time when the Winter Games are approaching,it is reasonable to grasp this opportunity,which can effectively promote the ecological environment of the characteristic regional industry and the deep integration of tourism services,thus realizing the prosperous development of the economy,for reference only.
