摘　　要：在金融服务实体经济的背景下,供应链金融作为现代企业金融服务架构的重要支撑,肩负着维护供应链完整稳定、提升供应链运营管理效能和助力实体经济的重要使命。本文运用文献研究方法,分别基于金融属性和供应链属性视角深入理解供应链金融内涵,分析以具体业务活动及供应链内占据主导地位的参与者为标准的两大供应链金融运作模式,并对供应链金融产生的绩效效应等相关研究进行系统梳理。In the context of financial services that underpin the real economy,supply chain finance serves as a crucial component of modern enterprises’financial service architecture.It is tasked with ensuring the integrity and stability of supply chains,enhancing the efficiency of supply chain operation and management,and bolstering the real economy.Therefore,this paper employs a literature review approach to deeply understand the connotation of supply chain finance from the perspective of both financial and supply chain attributes.It analyzes two primary operating models of supply chain finance based on the dominant participants in specific business activities and the supply chain.Additionally,it systematically reviews existing research on the performance effects associated with supply chain finance.
