吲达帕胺联合非洛地平对高血压合并冠心病血管内皮功能及血清Salusin-β、MMP-9水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究吲达帕胺联合非洛地平对高血压合并冠心病患者血管内皮功能及血清心血管调节肽(Salusin-β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法 以我院收治的116例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象(2021年1月至2023年5月),采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和联合组,每组各58例。对照组采用非洛地平治疗,联合组采用吲达帕胺联合非洛地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后全血低切黏度(LSV)、全血高切黏度(HSV)、血浆黏度、血沉(ESR)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、Salusin-β、MMP-9水平、不良反应发生率。结果 联合组临床疗效(98.28%)高于对照组(86.21%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组LSV、HSV、血浆黏度、ESR降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后血清NO水平明显升高,ET-1水平明显降低,且联合组改善幅度较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后联合组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、Salusin-β、MMP-9水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 吲达帕胺联合非洛地平治疗可促进高血压合并冠心病患者血管内皮功能恢复,改善血液流变学,抑制炎性因子分泌,增强疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of indapamide combined with felodipine on vascular endothelial function and serum levels of cardiovascular regulatory peptide(Salusin-β)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 116 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease(January 2021 to May 2023)in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and combination group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine,and the combination group was treated with indapamide combined with felodipine.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,as well as whole blood low shear viscosity(LSV),whole blood high shear viscosity(HSV),plasma viscosity,blood deposition rate(ESR),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Salusin-βand MMP-9 level,incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The clinical effect of combination group(98.28%)was higher than that of control group(86.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the reduction of LSV,HSV,plasma viscosity and ESR in combination group was greater than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,serum NO level was significantly increased and ET-1 level was significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the improvement in the combined group was large,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α,Salusin-βand MMP-9 in combined group after treatment were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Indapamide combined with felodipine can promote the recovery of vascular endothelial
