摘　　要：建筑防火封堵是一项重要的被动防火措施,但在建筑设计和施工过程中常常被忽视,导致火灾时产生烟囱效应和拔火效应,火灾肆意蔓延。论文结合青岛市泊里镇驻地改造项目四地块项目,介绍了建筑缝隙和孔洞防火封堵材料的选用,设计要点以及施工要点,并探讨了建筑防火封堵处理措施,以保证防火封堵质量,提高建筑防火设计的安全性和可靠性。Building fire prevention and plugging is an important passive fire prevention measure,but it is often ignored in the process of building design and construction,which leads to Chimney effect and fire pulling effect in fire,and the fire spreads wantonly.Combined with the four-plot project of Poli Town,Qingdao,this paper introduces the selection,design points and construction points of fireproof plugging materials for building cracks and holes,and discusses the treatment measures for fireproof plugging of buildings,so as to ensure the quality of fireproof plugging and improve the safety and reliability of building fireproof design.
