摘  要:介绍了板梁铰缝构造及病害特征,分析了装配式板梁铰缝常用加固方式,依托石家庄市某公路单跨板梁桥进行铰缝加固现场试验,评价不同铰缝加固方案的效果。研究结果表明,相较于板底粘贴钢板方案,板底纵向施加π形钢板应用效果较好,整体刚度有较大提升,且对裂缝具有一定的修复作用。This paper introduces the structure and disease characteristics of hinge joints of plate and beam,analyzes the common reinforcement methods of hinge joints of prefabricated plate and beam,and evaluates the effect of different joint reinforcement schemes based on the field test of joint reinforcement of a single span plate and beam bridge in Shijiazhuang City.The results show that compared with the scheme of attaching steel plate to the bottom of the plate,the application effect of applyingπ-shaped steel plate to the bottom of the plate is better,the overall stiffness is greatly improved,and it has a certain role in repairing cracks.
