摘  要:滦平县第二污水处理厂处理规模为6.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,原水为工业废水和市政污水(占比1.8∶1),出水执行GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放限值,提标后出水执行DB11/890—2012《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》A类标准。通过对现状出水(提标厂进水)和提标后出水水质要求进行对比,确定CODCr、TN为重点控制指标。针对本项目CODCr和总氮去除要求高的特点,处理工艺选用臭氧催化氧化和反硝化深床滤池,通过向池中投加臭氧和碳源降低污水中的有机污染物和总氮。后续工艺选用技术成熟的活性炭吸附滤池,进一步去除污水中的污染物。运行结果显示,各项指标稳定达标,说明提标工艺采用“反硝化深床滤池+臭氧催化氧化池+活性炭吸附滤池”处理该类污水是适宜的。The treatment scale of the second sewage treatment plant in Luanping county is 6.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,the raw water are industrial wastewater and municipal wastewater(proportion is 1.8∶1),the effluent shall comply with the level A discharge limit of GB18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant,after the upgrade,the effluent shall comply with the class A standard of DB11/890—2012 the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastwater Treatment Plants.Through the comparison of the current effluent(water inlet of the upgrading plant)and the effluent quality requirements after the upgrading,CODcr and TN are determined as the key control indicators.In view of the high requirements for CODcr and TN removal in this project,treatment process selected ozone catalytic oxidation and denitrification deep bed filter,by adding ozone and carbon source into the pool to reduce organic pollutants and TN in wastewater.The subsequent process selects the mature activated carbon adsorption filter to further remove the pollutants in the sewage.The operation results showed that all indexes reached the standard stably,indicating that the upgrading process of“denitrification deep bed filter+ozone catalytic oxidation tank+activated carbon adsorption filter”was suitable for treating this kind of sewage.
