数字集群技术在智慧高速公路应急通信管理中的应用

摘　　要：常规智慧高速公路应急通信管理方法易受环境影响致通信失效,为此研究了数字集群技术的应用,建立应急通信传输组网,以特定原则满足信号传输需求;构建应急通信智能天线空时信号管理模型,接入应急通信光纤型紧急电话管理中心,采用光纤和专用E1通道避免通信干扰。试验表明该方法通信管理效果好,可应用于实际。The conventional intelligent highway emergency communication management method is prone to communication failure due to environment,studying the application of digital cluster technology,establishing emergency communication transmission network to meet the signal transmission requirements with specific principles,constructing the space-time signal management model of emergency communication smart antenna,emergency communication management center and using optical fiber and dedicated E1 channel to avoid communication interference.The test shows that this method has effective communication management,and can be applied in practice.
