摘 要:针对某综合体建筑工程中弧形预应力混凝土箱梁施工监测与模拟存在的问题,结合设计规范、现场施工监测、有限元分析等方法,对施工过程中的关键应力、变形变化进行实时监测与分析。研究结果显示,截面最大拉应力值为9.91MPa,小于材料的最大应力值。施工完成后,箱梁最大竖向位移为31.26mm,在安全范围内且小于模拟值。箱梁的应力状态处于较安全的范围内,表明结构设计和施工质量较好。同时,对箱梁在施工过程中的位移进行了有效控制。In response to the problems in monitoring and simulating the construction of curved prestressed concrete box girders in a certain complex building project,this study combines design specifications,on-site construction monitoring,finite element analysis and other methods to monitor and analyze key stress and deformation changes during the construction process in real time.The research results show that the maximum tensile stress value of the cross-section is 9.91 MPa,which is lower than the maximum stress value of the material.After the construction is completed,the maximum vertical displacement of the box girder is 31.26 mm,which is within the safe range and less than the simulated value.The stress state of the box girder is within a relatively safe range,indicating good structural design and construction quality.Meanwhile,the displacement control of the box girder during the construction process was effectively implemented.
