盾构近距离侧穿建筑物施工沉降控制技术

摘  要:针对盾构侧穿建筑物掘进施工过程中对周围地层扰动,使附近地层发生流失导致建筑物沉降的问题,论文创新性地采用MJ S倾斜加固技术对建筑物基础进行加固,在建筑物与隧道之间实施“素混凝土桩+袖阀管注浆”组合隔断措施,在靠近建筑物一侧隧道管片后注浆填实土体。工程实践证明,该工艺减少了盾构侧穿建筑物施工对周围土层的扰动,有效降低了建筑物附近土层的流失风险,在防止建筑物基础沉降方面发挥了积极作用。In view of the disturbance of the surrounding strata caused by the excavation of the shield penetrating building,which causes the loss of nearby strata and leads to the settlement of the building,the MJS inclined reinforcement technology is innovatively adopted in this project to strengthen the building foundation,the combined partition measures of"plain concrete pile+sleeve valve pipe grouting"are implemented between the building and the tunnel,and the soil is filled by grouting behind the tunnel segment near the building.The engineering practice has proved that this technology can reduce the disturbance of the surrounding soil layer caused by the construction of the shield side penetrating building,effectively reduce the loss risk of the soil layer near the building,and play a positive role in preventing the settlement of the building foundation.
