摘 要:针对有色金属地质矿产勘查与深部钻探找矿技术中存在的效率低、成本高、精度不足等问题,论文提出基于液动锤WL组合钻探技术的深部找矿方法。通过结合液动锤的高效冲击能力和WL钻具的稳定性,解决了复杂地层中漏失和软土地层钻探难题。研究结果表明,该方法在某金矿综实践中,平均时效达到1.62m/h,台月效率为743.36m,钻头寿命提升至36.25m,显著优于常规设备。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high cost and insufficient precision in the exploration technology of non-ferrous metal geology and mineral resources and deep drilling,this paper puts forward a deep prospecting method based on hydraulic hammer WL combined drilling technology.By combining the high impact ability of hydraulic hammer and the stability of WL drilling tool,the problems of drilling in complex formation and soft soil layer are solved.The research results show that the average aging of this method in a gold mine is 1.62 m/h,the monthly efficiency is 743.36 m,and the bit life is increased to 36.25 m,which is significantly better than the conventional equipment.
