集中载荷下的平整及挠曲陶瓷砖的断裂力学特性研究

摘  要:为了探究简便可靠的陶瓷砖断裂数值模拟方法以及挠曲变形后陶瓷砖的断裂性能,利用三点弯曲试验获取了陶瓷砖的断裂特性参数,并采用Abaqus开展仿真模拟,仿真模拟的最大误差为2.7%,表明了仿真模拟的可靠性。随后制备了不同挠曲程度的陶瓷砖样品,并开展了三点弯曲试验和集中载荷下的仿真模拟,结果表明,挠曲变形的陶瓷砖面釉中存在残余拉应力,挠曲变形量较大时,三点弯曲集中载荷作用下陶瓷砖的断裂模数下降明显,该研究为陶瓷砖的断裂模拟和陶瓷砖断裂性能的改进提供了参考依据。To explore a simple and reliable numerical simulation method for ceramic tile fracture as well as the fracture properties of ceramic tiles after flexural deformation,the fracture characteristic parameters of ceramic tiles were obtained using a three-point bending test,and simulations were conducted by using Abaqus.The maximum error of the simulations is 2.7%,demonstrating the reliability of the simulations.Subsequently,ceramic tile samples with different degrees of flexural deformation were prepared,and three-point bending tests and simulations under concentrated load were carried out.The results show that residual tensile stress existed in the glaze of the flexurally deformed ceramic tiles.When the amount of flexural deformation was large,the fracture modulus of the ceramic tiles under the concentrated load of the three-point bending decreased significantly.This study provides a reference for the fracture simulation of ceramic tiles and the improvement of their fracture properties.
