摘 要:建筑垃圾经破碎筛分后的再生骨料可用于再生水稳基层,不仅绿色环保、节约矿石资源,还能降低工程造价。该文采用建筑垃圾再生骨料替代天然碎石,将再生骨料、水泥等组分掺量作为设计变量,设计了不同胶凝材料配比的再生水稳材料,测试并分析了其无侧限抗压强度力学性能的变化规律。进一步,在福州某污水处理厂PPP项目道路进行再生骨料水稳层的应用,结果表明,再生骨料掺加适量增加有利于道路水稳层无侧限抗压强度的增长,当再生骨料继续增加时,水稳层强度反而下降。当再生骨料替代率为40%时,再生水稳层的力学性能最优。再生骨料掺量为100%时,再生水稳材料强度虽小于天然水稳材料,但均符合道路基层使用要求。实际道路项目在施工过程中再生水稳层的水泥掺量保持在4%~5%,经济性较好。The recycled aggregate from construction waste after crushing and screening can be used for recycled water stabilized base,which is not only environmentally friendly and saves mineral resources,but also reduces engineering costs.This article uses recycled aggregates from construction waste to replace natural crushed stones,and takes the dosage of recycled aggregates,cement and other components as design variables.Different cementitious material ratios of recycled water stabilized materials were designed,and the changes in their unconfined compressive strength mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.Furthermore,the application of recycled aggregate water stable layer in the PPP project road of Fuzhou a certain sewage treatment plant will be carried out.The results indicate that the unconfined compressive strength of the road water stable layer increases first and then decreases with the increase of recycled aggregate content.When the content of recycled aggregate is 40%,the unconfined compressive strength of the recycled water stabilized layer is the highest after 7 days.When the content of recycled aggregate is 100%,although the strength of recycled water stable materials is lower than that of natural water stable materials,these all meet the requirements for road base use.The actual road project maintains a cement content of 4%~5%for the recycled water stable layer during the construction process,which is economically beneficial.
