摘 要:近年来,国家大力发展装配式技术,促进建筑业全面转型升级。预制构件连接节点是装配式建筑结构的薄弱环节,套筒灌浆连接的可靠性直接决定了装配式建筑的整体质量和安全性,为保证装配式建筑结构构件节点连接质量,保障建筑结构安全,实现套筒灌浆连接质量的全面检测意义重大。本文综述了套筒灌浆连接质量检测的研究现状,探讨了利用传感检测技术对灌浆套筒内钢筋锚固长度进行无损、低成本、全覆盖面检测的可行性,给出了具体研究内容、技术路线和试验方法的整体思路。In recent years,the state has been vigorously developing prefabricated construction techniques to promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The connection joints of prefabricated components are the weak links in the structure of prefabricated buildings.The reliability of sleeve grouting connections directly determines the overall quality and safety of prefabricated buildings.To ensure the connection quality of structural components at the joints of prefabricated building structures,guarantee the safety of building structures,and achieve comprehensive detection of the quality of sleeve grouting connections is of great significance.This paper reviews the current research status of the quality detection of sleeve grouting connections,discusses the feasibility of using sensing and detection technologies to conduct non-destructive,low-cost,and fullcoverage detection on the anchorage length of steel bars in grouted sleeves,and presents the overall ideas of the specific research contents,technical routes,and test methods.
