摘  要:随着社会经济的发展,绿色低碳已成为当下主流的施工理念。在传统建筑工程施工中,混凝土反坎常采用木模进行二次结构浇筑,这种做法不但与绿色施工的要求相悖,还不能够保证成型质量。本文结合工程实际,对铝模混凝土反坎一次成型技术的施工工艺和质量控制要点进行了介绍,并对其社会效益和经济效益进行了评估,对应用前景进行了展望。结果表明,铝模混凝土反坎一次成型技术相比于传统二次浇筑成型技术在有着更高的成型质量以及更好的抗渗性能的同时,还有更优越的经济效益。既保证了反坎成型后的整体观感质量,又减少了因质量问题返工而产生的额外成本,有效地保证了项目的履约。With the development of social economy,green and low-carbon has become the mainstream construction concept.In traditional construction engineering,concrete flashing is often cast in wood formwork for secondary structure,which not only contradicts the requirements of green construction,but also can not guarantee the forming quality.Based on the engineering practice,this paper introduces the construction technology and quality control points of a molding technology of aluminum formwork concrete flashing,evaluates its social and economic benefits,and looks forward to the application prospect.The results show that the one-time forming technology of aluminum mold concrete flashing has higher prototyping quality and better impermeability than the traditional two-time pouring forming technology,and at the same time,it has better economic benefits.It not only ensures the overall visual quality after the flashing molding,but also reduces the additional cost caused by the rework of quality problems,and effectively guarantees the performance of the project.
