超高层单元式玻璃幕墙工艺探究

摘　　要：为了深入探究超高层建筑单元式玻璃幕墙的施工工艺,本文结合某超高层建筑项目实例,详细分析了该项目的工程概况、单元式玻璃幕墙的设计参数以及施工工艺流程。研究内容涵盖了幕墙分格线与标高特征点的测量、转接件的安装、单元板块的吊装、转角安装工艺与十字缝防水处理等关键环节。探讨了闭水试验、细节防腐处理、层间防火与防雷等细节处理措施对确保幕墙的施工质量与安全重要性。研究结果表明,通过严格遵循施工工艺流程,并采取有效的细节处理措施,可以显著提升超高层单元式玻璃幕墙的整体性能与使用寿命。In order to explore the construction technology of unitized glass curtain walls in super high-rise buildings,this paper introduces an example of a ultra high-rise building project and analyzes in detail the project overview,design parameters of unitized glass curtain walls,and construction process flow.The research covers key aspects such as the measurement of curtain wall grid lines and elevation feature points,installation of adapters,lifting of unitized panels,corner installation technology,and waterproofing treatment of cross joints.The detailed treatment measures such as closed water test,anti-corrosion treatment,interlayer fire prevention and lightning protection were discussed,which are crucial for ensuring the construction quality and safety of curtain walls.The research results indicate that by strictly following the construction process and taking effective detail handling measures,the overall performance and service life of super high-rise unitized glass curtain walls can be significantly improved.
