摘 要:为提升污水管道改造工程的施工效率,以江苏无锡某排水管网改造工程为例,详细介绍CIPP水翻固化非开挖修复施工技术的技术方案及施工工艺,并对施工效果进行评价。通过对修复后管道各项指标的检测,管道内壁无破损,且未发生渗漏,弯曲模量、弯曲强度以及抗拉强度分别为3987MPa、47.3MPa、25.4MPa,管道修复前后过流能力比为115.3%,所有指标均满足设计要求。研究表明CIPP水翻固化非开挖修复技术具有良好的修复效果,安全合理可靠。In order to improve the construction efficiency of sewage pipe renovation project,this paper takes a drainage pipe network renovation project in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province as an example to introduce the technical scheme and construction process of CIPP water-turning curing trenchless restoration construction technology in detail,and evaluates the construction effect.Through the detection of various indicators of the repaired pipeline,the inner wall of the pipeline was not damaged and there was no leakage.The bending modulus,bending strength and tensile strength were 3987 MPa,47.3 MPa and 25.4 MPa respectively.The ratio of flow capacity before and after the repair of the pipeline was 115.3%,and all indicators met the design requirements.The results show that the CIPP waterturning curing trenchless repair technology has good repair effect and is safe,reasonable and reliable.
