摘　　要：肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)在儿童中是一种少见但可能危及生命的疾病。目前对儿童PTE的认识不足, 导致诊断不及时和治疗不规范。中国医药教育协会儿科专业委员会、中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组发起并组织相关领域专家, 基于现有的循证医学证据和临床实践经验, 撰写了本共识。本共识重点介绍了儿童PTE的病理生理学、临床表现、诊断方法和治疗方案。工作组结合文献研究及临床实践经验, 形成共识的初步文本。经过讨论, 最终确定24条核心推荐意见, 并给出推荐强度, 分为推荐、建议、不推荐。Pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)is a rare but potentially life-threatening condition in children.However,there is currently insufficient awareness regarding pediatric PTE,which leads to delays in diagnosis and inappropriate treatment.Therefore,China Medicine Education Association Committee on Pediatrics and the Subspecialty Group of Respiratory Diseases,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association,initiated and organized experts in relevant fields to draft this consensus based on existing evidence from clinical practice and evidence-based medicine.This consensus focuses on the pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,and treatment strategies for pediatric PTE.The working group combined literature research and clinical experience to develop the initial draft of the consensus.After discussions in several conferences,a total of 24 core recommendations were finalized,along with their strength of recommendation,categorized as"recommended","suggested","not recommended".
