摘　　要：音频制作与播出系统负责广播电台音频节目的制作、存储及播出,是确保安全播出的第一道防线,稳定运行对节目的高质量播出至关重要。以河北广播电视台广播音频制作与播出系统为例,针对网络、供电、服务器及播出站等方面进行安全设计与实施,确保在设备故障时无须人工干预即可自动切换至备用设备。通过配置预警系统提前进行事故预警,并在故障发生时快速精准恢复,有效保障播出安全。Audio production and broadcasting system is responsible for the production,storage and broadcasting of audio programs of radio stations,which is the first line of defense to ensure safe broadcasting,and its stable operation is very important for high-quality broadcasting of programs.Taking the broadcast production and broadcasting system of Hebei Radio and TV Station as an example,the security design and implementation are carried out in terms of network,power supply,server and broadcasting station,so as to ensure that the standby equipment can be automatically switched without manual intervention when the equipment fails.By configuring an early warning system,the accident can be warned in advance,and the fault can be quickly and accurately recovered,thus effectively ensuring thebroadcast safety.
