摘  要:一种兼氧-微氧-微氧-好氧-陶瓷膜(Oxic-Anoxic-Anaerobic-Oxic-Ceramic membrane,OAAO)集成工艺应用于我国南方某市政污水处理厂的扩容改造。目前已完成2万m²/d的全规模应用,并取得了良好的环境及经济效益。通过分析原有AAO工艺与新建OAAO工艺的微生物群落结构差异,揭示了OAAO工艺高效运行及剩余污泥减量的微生物学机制。采用PICRUSt2对不同工艺的活性污泥进行了功能预测,并分别构建了微生物与碳代谢、氮循环及磷循环相关功能基因的共现网络。结果表明,一系列具有代谢复杂有机物、脱氮及抵御不利环境功能的微生物在OAAO工艺中被显著富集,保障了该工艺的稳定高效运行。高污泥浓度条件下,微生物的内源呼吸作用可能是污泥减量的主要原因。An integrated oxic-anoxic-anaerobic-oxic-ceramic membrane process(OAAO)has been applied for capacity expansion of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in southern China.The OAAO process has been stably operated for more than one year with a full scale of 20000 m'/d,and achieved excellent environmental and economic benefits.The difference in microbial community structure between original AAO process and new OAAO process was analyzed to reveal the microbial mechanism for high operation efficiency and excess activated sludge reduction of OAAO process.Functional pathways of microbial metabolism at different treatment units of OAAO process were predicted by PICRUSt2,and then the co-occurrence networks of microbes and functional genes(i.e.,carbon metabolism,nitrogen cycle and phosphorus cycle)were built.The results showed that significantly enriched microbes,which with functions of metabolizing complex organic matter,denitrifying and resisting adverse environments,were the key contributors to the stable and efficient operation of OAAO process.The excess activated sludge of OAAO process was significantly reduced probably as result of endogenous respiration of microbes under high sludge concentration.
