摘  要:为加快推进印染企业改造提升,配套印染企业整合集聚,绍兴某污水处理厂新工程采用混凝-两段式AO生化-反硝化-磁混凝-三相催化氧化组合工艺处理综合印染废水,处理规模为12万m²/d。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高,抗冲击能力强,对COD、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的去除率分别达到96.5%、96.1%、91.8%、83.8%、96.9%,最终出水COD、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP分别为47、10、1.95、5.10、0.06mg/L,出水水质达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287一2012),直接运行成本为5.33元/m²。In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing enterprises,and to integrate and to accompany the integration and agglomeration of dye and printing enterprises,a new project of a sewage treatment plant in Shaoxing adopted the combination process of coagulation,AO/AO,denitrification,magnetic coagulation and three-phase catalytic oxidation to treat comprehensive printing and dyeing wastewater with a treatment capacity of 120000 m^(3)/d.The operation results showed that the combined process has high treatment efficiency and strong shock loading resistance.The final concentrations of effluent COD,SS,Ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 47、10、1.95、5.10、0.06 mg/L,with removal rate of 96.5%、96.1%、91.8%、83.8%,96.9%effectively.The effluent index could meet the indirect discharge standard of Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of tertile industry(GB 4287-2012).The direct operating cost of the project was 5.33 yuan/m^(3).
