摘 要:随着深层煤层气勘探开发的规模不断加大,大量压裂返排液处理难度大以及压裂液配置用水供应缺口大的矛盾和难题日渐呈现。通过深层煤层气压裂返排液的水质特征分析和回用、回注水质要求研究,通过比选确定调节除油-絮凝沉淀-电化学破胶-气浮-化学除硬-多级过滤-体化工艺方案,同时进行工艺设备选型设计和运行成本分析。测试结果表明该处理工艺能够达到预期的水质标准,可为开展相关工程设计提供参考。As the scale of deep coalbed methane(CBM)exploration and development continues to expand,two significant challenges have emerged:the difficulty of treating large volumes of fracturing flowback fluid and the considerable gap in the water supply needed for fracturing fluid preparation.By analyzing the water quality characteristics of deep CBM fracturing flowback fluid and studying the water quality requirements for reuse and reinjection,an integrated process scheme of conditioning and oil removal-flocculation and sedimentation-electrochemical gel breaking-air flotation-chemical hardness removal-multi-stage filtration is determined through comparison and selection.Additionally,the selection and design of process equipment,as well as an analysis of operating costs are conducted.Testing results indicate that this treatment process can stably meet the anticipated water quality standards,providing a reference for relevant engineering designs.
